For the last 8+ years, Nils has been working with businesses of all sizes in helping them grow. In the beginning, he focused primarily on web design and development and later transitioned into the data-driven growth approach that now builds the basis for his work with 3tech GmbH. While continuously working on personal and client projects, he also studied Computer Science in Berlin. He started his professional career as a freelancer before finishing high school and two years later, in 2017, founded 3tech. He focuses on helping mission-driven e-commerce companies grow and enables them to make better decisions. His work evolves around conversion optimization and experimentation.
